This is a VERY Slightly Used LANG Proofer. It was used for 6 months in a bakery in the Los Angeles Area. As you can see form the pictures above, this unit is in GREAT condition. The outside is all stainless steel. The inside is just as nice with high grade stainless steel all the way around the interior. The outside has a digital display for easy reading.
